A.S. College, Bikramganj (Rohtas) is one of the prestigious and oldest constituent unit under Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, Bhojpur (Bihar), established in 1957, whose foundation was laid by Late Nepal Singh, who came from a farmer family of Bikramganj sub-division,Rohtas, as a single donor to this institution.
